Girls Youth Flag Football in Loxahatchee, Westlake & The Acreage
Girls deserve their own league, and this is it. BA Girls Flag Football is a youth NFL FLAG football league for girls ages 4–17 serving Loxahatchee, Westlake and The Acreage, with families joining us from Royal Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens.

Fall season runs September–November; Spring 2027 dates are announced when registration opens Nov 14. 5v5 format for every division, PeeWee through High School.
What does a season look like?
Preseason
Football skills and conditioning training, plus player evaluations.
Regular season
Two team practices and one game each week.
End of season
A round-robin seeding tournament, followed by a single-elimination Super Bowl tournament.
Divisions & what players learn
Players are grouped by age so everyone competes with kids at their level. Here is the skill path from our Flag Football Athlete Growth Chart.
PeeWee
Ages 4–5Lining up, hiking, handoffs, beginner flag pulling, offense vs. defense.
Freshman
Ages 6–7Two-hand flag pulling, short passes (3–5 yds), learning positions.
Junior Varsity
Ages 8–10Angle flag pulling, the route tree, 5–10 yd passes, zone & man.
Varsity
Ages 11–13Reading the offense, audibles, deep passes, zone vs. man.
High School
Ages 14–17Advanced routes, pitching, disguised coverages.
Why girls flag football?
Girls flag football is one of the fastest-growing sports in the country, and our girls play in their own divisions with their own teams, coaches and Super Bowl. Beginners are welcome — every player is coached to improve, regardless of experience or skill level.

An official NFL FLAG league
BA League is an officially licensed NFL FLAG league. Players wear official NFL FLAG belts and flags, play with age-appropriate footballs, and follow NFL FLAG rules adapted for our local divisions.
